Is this a full store redesign?
We start with one product-page template and up to three agreed improvements. A full redesign, additional templates, paid apps or ongoing experiments would need a separate scope.
Is the first project really free?
Yes, for one suitable portfolio partner, the agreed design and implementation work is free. We discuss case-study permission separately. Feedback is optional, and a positive testimonial is never required.
Will you need access to my store?
The first conversation only needs your store URL. Once we agree on the project, we arrange appropriate Shopify collaborator access and work in a duplicate theme or preview. You approve the changes before they go live.
Can you guarantee more sales?
No. Better usability can address buying friction, but sales also depend on your products, audience and traffic. We document the changes, check them carefully and discuss what can realistically be measured.
How long will it take?
We agree on the scope and delivery date after reviewing your store and the access needed. You will know what to expect before work begins.
